Tricise was founded in 2019 as a joint venture of top CA Technologies' partners that for over 15 years were supporting hundreds of organizations in their respective regions to achieve a higher return on their software investment in the field of Business Management and Automation.

The acquisition of CA Technologies by Broadcom in 2019 was perceived both by the vendor and the three companies as an opportunity to join forces and leverage synergies to deliver high-quality services around Broadcom portfolio across Europe as a T1 Value Added Distributor.
